LUX

LUX is the third studio album by Tony Aye!, releasing this summer on all streaming platforms. LUX features a collection of songs to celebrate life, music, love, and the light within all of us. The music showcases Tony's signature pop style infused with R&B, soul, funk, EDM, reggaeton, and house elements.

The album takes you through a night at the club, starting with light and poppy dance songs like "LUX," "Illuminate," and "Crossroad," then moving on to party anthems such as "Till Dawn," "Falling," and "Last Call." As the album progresses, it delves into love songs like "Skyline," "Kaleidoscope," and "Moonlight," and even features inspirational moments with tracks like "Shine."

One standout track, "XOXO," is about sensuality and exploration. In it, Tony uses imagery and metaphors to express his love of foreplay, sharing the feelings he gets from touching, kissing, caressing, and overall experiencing the body of his lover. He gives instructions on how to maximize pleasure while using sultry vocals to deliver the mood and tone of the track. Drawing inspiration from songs like "Blow" by Beyoncé, "Kiss" by Prince, and "Make Me Feel" by Janelle Monáe, Tony has created an addictive sound and song.

LUX also marks a significant milestone, celebrating Tony Aye!'s 10 years as a recording artist. It pays tribute to the various eras of his career with musical motifs and callbacks throughout the album. Featuring amazing guest artists, dynamic vocal melodies and harmonies, complex and layered writing, and cohesive storytelling, LUX offers an almost seamless listening experience.
